Perfect for red meats like beef and pork but also great with poultry, the Napoleon mesquite wood chips produce a sweet and strong flavoured smoke.
1. Soak wood chips in water for 30 minutes
2. Remove chips from water, drain, place in Napoleon Stainless Steel Smoker Pipe or place in foil
3. When the chips start to smoke, place food on the grill. Avoid opening the grill during the smoking process to enhance the smoke flavour in food
