The flavour from smoking with Napoleon Apple Wood Chips is very mild. They are best for smoking seafood, fish and shellfish. Although, they are also fantastic with pork chops, tenderloin, vegetables and fruits too.
SMOKING:
1. Soak wood chips in water for 30 minutes. For added flavour you could try soaking them in apple juice, wine, cider or even pineapple juice
2. Remove chips from liquid, drain and place in Napoleon Stainless Steel Smoker Pipe or place in foil
3. When the chips start to smoke, place food on the grill. Avoid opening the grill during the smoking process to enhance the smoke flavour in the food
